The Sexual Assault Awareness Team (SAAT) raises awareness of sexual assault and domestic violence on campus while promoting healthy relationships, with the mission to make sure all people have a safe campus free of violence.
SAAT is an active group of students and advocates ready to personally help victims and inform the campus and community about the impact of sexual assault and domestic violence. SAAT hosts a number of activities on campus and in the community throughout the year, such as marches, documentaries, empowerment projects, and nationwide campaigns. SAAT's Confidential Student Advocates are available to assist and support individuals who have been impacted by sexual assault and domestic violence. Advocates serve as a confidential person to talk to and are able to provide resources and assist in the reporting process.
